DRAW is a 100% Representing guild. There is good reason for this. When a guild is not 100% representing a lot of the members will join other guilds and represent them. What ends up happening is they have a roster full of people who aren't representing, can't see guild chat, and aren't earning influence for the guild.
Not representing becomes an escalating problem. People see or hear that several other people from the guild are not representing and want to do the same thing so they can go hang out with their friends in another guilds chat or for other various reasons. As this escalates more and more people stop representing and before you know it DRAW is a dead guild with a roster full of non-representing people. The people that are still representing log on to find there is hardly anybody to talk to in guild chat or to form groups with. It becomes very discouraging to those few people and they end up leaving.
The previous paragraph is a true story. This happened to DRAW over the course of February to March 2013, and it's why we became a 100% representing guild. As a 100% representing guild we've got a united group of people to talk to, form groups with, and in general just have fun with!

OK so everyone just so you know I have officially created an alliance with the guild ILL illusion so if you are representing draw or ILL it is both cool and does not apply to the 100% represent rule as long as it is ILL or DRAW
