Simply put, the overall goal of DRAW is to help each other get stuff done in PvE, WvW and sPvP. We are a guild with no particular goal other than having fun and assisting each other as needed.
We are not a newbie guild, nor a veteran-only guild. We're something in between. Players of all experience levels are welcome in DRAW and we have plenty of players to form groups with all across the level spectrum.
We are a 100% representing guild, meaning all members represent DRAW at all times with all characters. We have varying daily and weekly events and encourage member participation. We form friendships and alliances with other guilds for the purposes of expanding our ability to form groups and raiding parties and to keep each other informed of potential troublemakers.
We will keep the guild organized in such a fashion that it does not become chaotic and everyone can get to know each other and get help when needed. Troublemakers will be promptly kicked from the guild to maintain a friendly atmosphere and promote a good reputation for the guild. Inactive members will be given a one week warning by mail before being dropped from the guild after an appropriate amount of time (one to three months, depending on previous activity) to keep the roster active, but they will be allowed to rejoin if and when they begin playing Guild Wars 2 again.
*Updated June 30, 2013 for slight rewording and removal of the 300 member cap, which we've deemed hindering to the progression of the guild.
